Biography:
I am a Ph.D. Student in History studying Guatemalan History. My undergraduate thesis explored conceptions of Guatemalan witchcraft. The time period ranged from colonial Guatemala all the way up to present-day immigration history. Thematically, I am interested in gender, sexuality, religion, race, Latin America, the U.S., and Indigenous history.
